This is Netherlandish Proverbs by Pieter Bruegel….I had to do a big project on this in the 9th grade, but I never looked at the painting on this large of a scale before, thus I never saw how fucking priceless everyones’ faces are when you look close.

Then you have these two guys sticking their asses out a window

And even the animals look bizzare

So is this what people looked like during the Rennaisance
